We walk the whole exterior, note sun exposure, identify failure points, and recommend the right system for your facade and orientation.

  2. 02
    Wash

    Pressure wash

Full house wash — chalk, dust, mildew, and loose paint removed. Allowed to fully dry before any prep.

  3. 03

    Patch, caulk, prime

Stucco crack repair, full re-caulk on every gap, bare-spot primer, hand-scraped problem areas. Prep is 70% of the work.

  4. 04
    Paint

    Two-coat system

Sprayed and back-rolled body coats, brushed trim and detail, final pass on doors and accents. Walk-through with you at the end.

03Common Questions

FAQ.

How often should an exterior be repainted in Temecula?

In our climate, a quality exterior should hold 7 to 10 years. South- and west-facing walls take the most UV damage and may show fade earlier. We use systems engineered for the Inland Empire sun.

What product do you use on stucco?

We use Sherwin-Williams Loxon or Dunn-Edwards EVERSHIELD for stucco bodies. Both are elastomeric or premium acrylic systems that flex with hairline cracks and resist UV.

Do you pressure wash before painting?

Always. A full house wash is non-negotiable — we won't apply paint over chalky, dusty, or contaminated surfaces. The wash is included in every exterior quote.

How long does an exterior repaint take?

A typical single-family home takes 4 to 7 working days from wash through final walk. HOA buildings and larger homes are scheduled by phase.

Will you paint the trim, eaves, and garage door?

Yes — body, trim, eaves, fascia, soffits, garage doors, shutters, and front door are all part of a full exterior. We can also do wrought iron and metal railings.

What about HOA approval?

We work within HOA color palettes regularly and can pull manufacturer color cards that match your community's approved list.
